An attempt has been made to start transaction CPIH by some method other than a transaction attach from web domain.
Transaction CPIH is a system task and cannot be entered from a terminal.

- The CPIH transaction has not been started.
- Resolution:
- Do not attempt to enter CPIH from a terminal or from any other device. CICS will start the transaction if a PIPELINE request
is made via a TCP/IP attached client. No user action is required.
