TIOAPFX=YES should always be specified for command-level applications. If the program is a command-level application and TIOAPFX=YES
has not been specified in the DFHMSD macro, Mainframe Express will display this warning and assume TIOAPFX=YES.
Resolution:
Specify TIOAPFX=YES in the DFHMSD macro.
