User-file close

Terminates file access for a specific file and user.

Syntax:

user-file close user-ID
                filename

`user-ID`	A valid user ID associated with `filename`
`filename`	The name of a file. The name must contain the full path.

You must be logged on as FSVIEW to use this command.
