Describes the access rights that the user ID needs in order to use SSTM

The user ID under which the Enterprise Server session runs requires sufficient authority to submit and execute JCL. Any writes that the JCL makes to the internal reader via a CICS trancode are submitted as the currently logged on user. If no-one is logged on, these are submitted as Default CICS User ID.

Note: If you have overridden your Default CICS User with another user ID, or you have created a new Default CICS User ID, then you need to ensure that this user ID has sufficient authority to submit and execute JCL.
