Cannot open database, generate PCB from DBD failed, rc=`RC`, rc2=`RC2`

When you tried to open a database, IMS could not generate a PCB from the DBD, where:

`RC`	is the RC value in the format RC`nnnn`
`RC2`	is the RC2 value in the format RC2`nnnn`

Resolution:

If the problem persists, report to Technical Support.
