Cannot open database, generate PCB from PSB failed, rc=`RC`, rc2=`RC2`

When you tried to open a database, IMS could not generate a PCB from the PSB, where:

`RC`	is the RC value in the format RC`nnnn`
`RC2`	is the RC2 value in the format RC2`nnnn`

If RC=0012 and RC2=2053:

the PSB contains no database PCBs.

Otherwise:

the Schedule PSB (psbname) failed.

Resolution:

If RC=0012 and RC2=2053:

You cannot use this PSB to edit an IMS database.

Otherwise:

If the problem persists, report to Technical Support.
