Cannot open database, failed to read details required to edit DBD `database`, status: `status`

When you attempted to open a database, IMS had problems reading the IMS Option database information, where:

`database`	is the name of the database
`status`	is the error returned from GIO

Resolution:

If the problem persists, report to Technical Support.
