- Update the schema of the target LDAP server to support the Enterprise
Server configuration objects. How you do this will vary slightly depending on
the particular LDAP server that you are using. In all cases, you will use the
MFDS -L command to create an LDIF file containing the necessary extensions and
then use the relevant import command for your LDAP server.

- Click Options under Configure
on the menu on the left-hand side of an Enterprise Server Administration Web
page.
- From the drop-down list under Repository location
select ldap:// .
- Specify the LDAP server, connection information and the LDAP
credentials required to write to the server.
