Follow these basic steps to create your sample files:
- Create a folder to contain the sample files (for example,
C:\myfiles (Windows) or
~/myfiles/ (UNIX)).
- Use your browser to navigate to
http://community.microfocus.com/microfocus/COBOL/visual_COBOL/m/mediagallery/163.aspx.
- Under the Options group on the right side, click
Download file.
- Extract all the files in the archive to the folder that you created in step 1.
Note: The archive contains folder names for the tutorial files. You do not have to keep these folder names, as you will be creating the project from the start.
