The panel specified is too large. This value is returned if the program has specified a panel size that is too large. This will be due to one of the following reasons:
- The program is trying to create a panel that is too large, that is: PPB-Panel-Width *PPB-Panel-Height > 65535.
- The width of the panel is greater than 2000 characters.
- There is insufficient memory available to hold the panel text and attribute buffers.
