SQLUTBxx utilities support both LOAD and UNLOAD in Enterprise Developer 2.3. They are both equivalents of the DB2 for z/OS DSNUTILB utility, having the same basic features and options. Although they are primarily designated for database migration, you can also use them to perform routine LOAD and UNLOAD of data, emulating z/OS DSNUTILB LOAD and UNLOAD.
