入力パラメーター：

`table-count`	問い合わせる属性表のエントリ数。
`attribute-index`	問い合わせるエントリの索引の表。

出力パラメーター：

`table-count`	問い合わせに成功したエントリの数。通常は要求した数ですが、呼び出しが完全には成功しなかった場合はそれよりも少なくなります。
`attribute-value`	指定された索引に対応する属性値の表。
`cblte-gav-filler`	未使用。
