About the Information Store

In addition to this product documentation, there is a lot of information on the Micro Focus web site, www.microfocus.com. If you can't find what you want in the documentation, you might find it in the information on the Web.

Several of the blocks of information can be searched, as indicated in the diagram above. To search this product documentation, click the Search tab at the top of the left-hand pane in this Window.

To find information, you can search the whole Web site, or go directly to the specific information detailed above. The Knowledge Base is a large collection of topics showing you how to do various things with the products. You can search the Knowledge Base independently from the Web site.

Notes:

You must have a maintenance agreement to access some of the information on the Web site.
Before accessing the information for the first time, you will need to set up a Web id. To do this, you'll need your serial number and your W.O. number.
Once you've set up your id, check the Automatic log-on check box on the logon page. Subsequently, clicking the links on the diagram above will take you directly to the relevant page.
