DBCScharacterarray Method indexOfSubCollection
Return the character index position (lnkCharIndexPosition) of
the first occurrence of the string contents of the search
character array (lnkSearchCharacterArray), starting the search
at a specified character position (lnkStartCharIndexPosition)
within this DBCS character array.
If lnkSearchCharacterArray is not found within this DBCS
Character Array, then zero will be returned.
