Audit Configuration APIs

The following Audit Configuration APIs are available:
CBL_AUDIT_CONFIG_PROPERTY_GET
Get an audit configuration property value.
CBL_AUDIT_CONFIG_PROPERTY_SET
Sets an audit configuration property value.
