A security manager must be enabled before it can be used to manage securit. If a security manage is disabled, it is ignored by Micro Focus Directory Server and by all enterprise servers instances.
To disable the security manager for Micro Focus Directory Server only, or for a particular enterprise server in your installation, you must remove it from the relevant security manager list.
