The name of the temporary storage/transient data file as specified in the SIT is illegal.
The temporary storage/transient data file names are as follows:
TXTSNR - temporary storage non-recoverable
TXTSRC - temporary storage recoverable
TXTDNR - transient data non-recoverable
TXTDRC - transient data recoverable

- The system file can not be opened successfully so the region initialization will be unsuccessful.
- Resolution:
- Correct the name given in the SIT, making sure that no filename is given, only the path and that the directory exists.
