The DFHMDF POS= value places the field outside of the defined map boundaries.
POS can be expressed as an offset from the top of the map, i.e. POS=nnn, or as a row-column value, i.e., POS=(row,col). Row
and Col values must be greater than zero.

- The value is discarded, and a default value of (1,1) is used.
