TX failed to delete a UNIX message queue during shutdown.
Restriction: This topic applies only when the Enterprise Server feature is enabled.
A UNIX message queue call returned with errno set to function. The call that failed is specified by function, where:
1 = msgget
2 = msgctl
3 = msgrcv
4 = msgsnd
