It is defined as belonging to tranclass tranclass-name but tranclass-name does not exist. This message is only issued the first time transaction trans-id is attached with the unknown tranclass.

- The attach of transaction transid proceeds as normal but without being subject to any tranclass scheduling constraints.
- Resolution:
- If transaction transid should belong to tranclass tranclass-name, install that tranclass. If not, modify the transaction definition for trans-id as appropriate, and reinstall.
