To produce and animate a core dump

Click Animate on the Options menu.
Select Core Dump from the Error Handling list.
The next time you run the application and an error occurs, the state of the application at the time of the error is saved in the file cblcore. This file is saved in the same folder as the application.
Run Net Express.
Click Start Animating on the Animate menu.
Enter cblcore in the filename field.
This opens the application and animates the relevant source program at the line where the error occurred.

Notes:

The source files and .idy files must be available to be able to animate the appropriate source code at the appropriate place.
You cannot enable both Just-In-Time Debugging and Core Dump concurrently.
To animate a 64-bit core dump you must first create a project and in the Project Properties check 64-bit.
